Working closely with Canary Wharf Contractors and an international delivery team to resolve and expedite complex technical issues, we ensured a seamless transfer and relocation of Total’s business operations and their Treasury staff from Paris to their new London HQ at 10 Upper Bank St, Canary Wharf within an accelerated six month programme.
Although a departure from Total’s previous working environment, it was important to capture the strong business culture of the Paris office whilst being able to implement new work practices and to accommodate staff flexibility and social spaces. The project saw numerous department and team relocations and demanded a large variety of specific work settings and furniture specifications to accommodate their unique needs. This included extensive IT and security solutions, dealer desks, state-of-the-art telepresence and AV technology to ensure Total’s global connectivity.
With a proactive approach and comprehensive co-ordination, we provided fast tracked solutions to accommodate a high level of change throughout the delivery process without compromise to our Client’s critical Handover date. The project was delivered with smooth implementation of the design, on-time and within budget.
