Workspace

As part of Link’s Wellbeing Agenda and the importance to the business in retaining their staff, Link listened to their staff’s needs and invested in an environment that provides a vast choice of work settings to support Team diversity and has ensured the office relocation for staff has been a positive and welcome opportunity.

Staff wellbeing is at the heart of this floor. A large communal Break Out space on Level 1 provides a welcome, leafy environment for staff to eat, meet or touch down. This floor also acts as a multi-purpose space for conducting Town hall gatherings and as an Ante space for Link Group’s adjacent Training Room facilities. More relaxed lighting levels and abundant planting offer a flexible, communal environment away from the
working floors and is understandably very well utilised.

Link’s workspace environment on the upper floors provide electric Sit-Stand Workstations for all staff and a large internal landscaping programme has been incorporated across all floors to ensure that staff feel valued and happy in their leafy new work environment.

Works carried out to an intense 16-week programme, saw the installation of a feature Staircase to provide essential connectivity for the business between the floorplates, knocking through existing structural floor slabs in an occupied and fully operational building.
