This was a fast track refurbishment project for the Brazilian Embassy’s relocation from their Mayfair residence to the historical, Grade 2 listed Cockspur St address in Central London.
On behalf of Grosvenor Estates, space planning options were delivered, existing furniture was reviewed and audited and re-purposed where appropriate, and the design and fit-out for 6 floors of accommodation including conference and dining facilities, a public exhibition space and the Ambassador’s Suite where delivered.
